The truck
I been a student before and a customer of those who sells food on the street. That there are times that I prefer having a lunch on one of the food truck store near the school before my training than going home. I remember the truck that use to park near the school that sells food, seems to have everything on the van that they needed to run a business. The memories gave me an idea of having my own food business on a truck.
With the use of the food concession trailer I can start my food business easily. Right on time that the school days had started I do know that my business will be successful and if not. I can easily transfer the truck somewhere else and try my luck on the other location.
