Eat healthy foods

If you want to become regime, you will eat only healthy foods and you do to a balance diet. It is because sometimes we become fat because of us also. We eat so many foods that have so many preservatives like canned goods and so many others. It is because we say that it is very delicious that is why we are eating those. But how can you be the maigrir type of girl if you are eating any foods that you think that is delicious. If you want to be fit you should try your best to control yourself and eat those healthy foods only. Those foods that will not add additional fats on your body that makes you become fatter and fatter. So try to discipline yourself first for you to become successful in having the body that you really like so that you can also wear the dresses that you really like to wear.
